1. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services including Full-Service Interior Design, Collaborative and e-Design packages, On-Call Design, Renovation Consulting, Space Planning, and Furniture & Decor Sourcing.

2. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL-SERVICE AND e-DESIGN?

Full-Service Design is a comprehensive, hands-on approach where we manage everything from concept to installation. e-Design is a remote, flexible option that gives you a detailed design plan to execute on your own.

3. DO I NEED TO BOOK A CONSULTATION FIRST?

Yes, all projects begin with a consultation so we can understand your space, needs, and goals. This meeting lays the foundation for a successful design process.

4. HOW MUCH DOES A TYPICAL PROJECT COST?

Project costs vary based on scope and service type. After the initial consultation, we provide a customized estimate. â€‹

 

During the consultation, it’s important to review the scope of work. Paige can answer your questions as you work through the project room by room. She’ll use these answers to create a scope of work for your project.

This scope will also give us an estimate of the time needed to produce your design, which we will discuss with you at the consultation.

5. HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TYPICALLY TAKE?

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller design plans can take 4–6 months, while full-service projects may span several years. We’ll give you a more accurate timeline once we assess your project.

6. DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS REMOTELY?

Yes! We work with clients from all over through our e-Design and Collaborative services, using email, video calls, and shared design boards.

7. CAN I USE SOME OF MY EXISTING FURNITURE OR DECOR?

Absolutely. We love incorporating meaningful or well-loved pieces into a new design and will work to make sure they feel intentional in your refreshed space.

8. WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN STYLE?

Our aesthetic leans toward warm, layered, and timeless, with a focus on texture, natural materials, and thoughtful detail. That said, we love to work on all architectural and design styles, we tailor our work to suit the unique style and needs of our clients.

9. WILL YOU WORK WITH MY CONTRACTOR OR TRADES?

Yes, we’re happy to collaborate with your preferred contractor or trades during the design process. We can also recommend trusted professionals if needed.

10. DO YOU HANDLE PURCHASING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT?

For full-service projects, yes. We handle sourcing, purchasing, managing deliveries and everything in between. For Collaborative and e-Design projects, you’ll be in charge of executing the plan, but we provide everything you need to move forward confidently.

11. HOW DOES YOUR BILLING WORK?

We use a combination of flat fees and hourly billing, depending on your project's scope and stage. We track all time carefully so you’ll always have a clear picture of what’s been done and what to expect cost-wise.

 

Because we pass along our trade discounts, many clients find those savings cover 50–65% of their total design fees.
