Our Collaborative and e-Design services are perfect if you're working with a budget, want to decorate at your own pace, or enjoy taking a hands-on approach. You’ll get a complete design plan tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and preferences, so you can confidently manage your project on your own.

From space planning and color palettes to curated shopping lists (including access to some of our trade-only sources), we’ll provide everything you need to bring your vision to life. Whether we work together in person or online, this is a smart and flexible way to achieve a designer look without the full-service price tag.

We can approach this service in person(Collaborative) or strictly through online communications(e-Design).

HOW IT WORKS
1. CONSULTATION
Once we’ve completed your In-Home or Virtual Consultation and you’ve decided our Collaborative Design Service is the right fit, we’ll move forward with a contract and send over a design questionnaire to get started.
2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Much like our Full Service Design, we’ll take time to understand your needs, take measurements, and develop a detailed, tailored plan for you to implement at your own pace. This service is flexible, how in-depth we go depends entirely on what your project requires. The design process typically takes 6–8 weeks.

You’ll receive weekly updates on progress and billable hours, and we’re careful to track time efficiently and transparently.
3. DESIGN DELIVERABLES
You’ll receive a complete Design Book by email, which includes your requested plans, elevations, layouts, and clickable shopping links for all sourced items. You’ll handle purchasing and coordination on your own but with a clear, organized roadmap.
4. SUPPORT
Our goal is for you to feel confident and excited about bringing your space to life. If your project evolves and you need additional support, you can always book time through our On-Call Design Service.
THINGS TO NOTE
Please note: A consultation is required before beginning the Collaborative or e-Design Service. This is a working meeting that gives us valuable insight and helps move your project forward from the start.

The Collaborative Design Service is billed hourly and payable bi-weekly. Flat fee options are also available.
​
While this service is flexible, it's not on-demand, we still schedule dedicated time for your project, so advanced notice is appreciated.
​
Most communication is handled by email to keep everything organized. If you’d like us to consider specific pieces, just send a link or photo with dimensions so we can review and track details accurately.
​
This service differs from our full-service design—we’re providing a detailed plan based on our design expertise, but you’ll be responsible for managing implementation, vendors, and trades. We cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions during that process.
​
Final payment is due upon delivery of your completed Design Book.
