We get that not everyone needs full-service design or even a full design plan. Sometimes, you just want a second opinion before making a big purchase or some expert advice as you manage your own project.

Our On-Call Design service is perfect for those moments. Whether you're acting as your own contractor, sourcing your own furnishings, or simply need help choosing materials that work well together, this flexible service lets you access professional guidance when you need it, without committing to a full design package.

Think of it as having a designer in your back pocket, ready to help when questions pop up.

HOW IT WORKS?
To get started with On-Call Design, simply purchase a minimum 3-hour time block. After your purchase, we’ll give you a call to go over the details and send a short design questionnaire.
Time blocks can be used right away or saved for a future project—but they’re valid for 6 months.

You can purchase additional time in 3-hour increments as needed. Once your time is confirmed, we’ll credit your account and begin tracking usage in 5-minute increments, whether it’s a quick text, sourcing help, or a site visit.
Every two weeks, you’ll receive a time report showing how your hours have been used and what’s left.
THINGS TO NOTE
Please note: A consultation is not included with the Designer On Call service. You're welcome to book one separately. If you choose not to, you'll need to provide all necessary measurements and project details so we can offer accurate advice.​

This service is not an on-demand hotline, we’ll respond to messages and calls during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM), or the next business day.
Project work still needs to be scheduled in advance, so as much notice as possible is appreciated.​
​
Keep in mind, this service is not the same as our full-service design. We are offering guidance based on our expertise, not managing vendors or trades. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or oversights that occur through use of this service.
